Losing 1-0 sucks.

Losing 1-0 and only mustering two hits really sucks.

Losing 1-0 when you had a one out triple in the 7th inning and the next two batters only took three pitches to end the inning really really sucks.

Losing 1-0 with only two hits against a pitcher that you had in your own system, but gave away for a guy that you later cut before he even made the team for no discernible reason really really really sucks something awful.

Also adding to the suck factor was Doumit injuring his hammy again while lunging on a close play at first. It looked pretty serious this time.

Sometimes a pitcher is just in a zone and there's not much you can do to beat said pitcher on that night. Chris Young is clearly in one of those zones right now (16 innings, 3 hits in his last two starts). Still, a 7-3 homestand is not a bad thing. We need to take this act on the road now, I've been to one road game this year and seen 25% of our wins in the grays... that's just awful.
