What to watch for
I've been getting asked, "What's going to happen to the blog now that the season's over?" a lot lately. The answer is pretty simple, I'm going to keep writing about baseball, and I'll probably be writing a lot. I have a bunch of 2006 in review/2007 outlook things to write up (both for the Pirates and MLB as a whole), I generally tend to follow the playoffs very closely, and we've got fall ball and winter ball to keep up on. Once we get to November, we can probably shift our focus to speculating over what kind of moves DL will be making this offseason. December is a huge month in terms of player movement (because of the winter meetings), and by January it's time to start thinking about the next season. Just because there's no games doesn't mean we can't keep talking baseball.
