Remember way back on the day before the season started when (among other things) Dejan discussed the Pirates new plan of attack in Latin America, starting with the scouting director for that region, Rene Gayo? Well, the Pirates have made four recent signings in Latin America, though reading DK's account of things still makes me feel like the Pirates are woefully behind in this aspect of scouting (as if that's something different).
