Game 85: Brewers 9 Pirates 1

Did you know the Pirates played an afternoon game today? I did not. When I found this out, I turned the game on. JJ Hardy hit a home run and it was 5-1. I decided that watching the Pirates get destroyed was not how I wanted to spend my afternoon, so I turned the game off. That was apparently a good choice. Though I didn't have the Pittsburgh feed, I was told that scuttlebutt after the game is that Gorzo is hurt and may miss some time. Given that Gorzo has said that he's been pitching with some pain all year, this is about as surprising as, well, something that's not surprising at all. Happy Fourth of July, everyone.
