Romulo!

Romulo Sanchez has been called up for Salomon Torres, who's going on the DL. This is apparently for real. I don't know what to say about calling a AA reliever up to the big league club with no AAA experience. He was kind of a joke last off-season when he made it to the 40-man roster for no particular reason. He throws hard and is big and is one of DLs first Latin American signings if I recall correctly. He's actually been very good at AA this year (52 Ks against only 17 walks in 57 and 2/3 with a sub-3.00 ERA and held opponents to a .204 average. But yeah, the no AAA thing kind of worries me.
