Lots of season ending stuff to look at. Steve at The Parrot has a nice review up, Charlie of Bucs Dugout wrote a 2006 review for Beyond the Box Score, and Cory at New Pirates Generation is playing fantasy GM.
Dejan has a long Q&A (since it'll be the last for quite some time) with lots of good stuff, including an explanation of the Pirates organizational hierarchy and some superlatives.
Two new blogs that I added to the blogroll when I changed the layout. One is the Pittsburgh sports blog, The Confluence (which is such a good name for a Pittsburgh blog I can't believe no one has thought of it yet), and the other is Phillies Flow, a Phillies blog that gets bonus points for not calling themselves "Phillies Phlow."
UPDATE (12:37 PM)- I missed some links at the PG this morning. Brad Lincoln's strained oblique has caused him to be shut down in the Florida Instructional League. I wasn't worried about this before but now, yeah, raise a red flag on this one. We also dumped Victor Santos and Mike Edwards from the 40-man roster, which is really hard to argue with. And finally (in a completely non-Pirate related update), this is my favorite headline at the Post Gazette in a while, maybe since "Sanchez delivers happy ending."
