Rain

The start of tonight's game has been delayed and the prospects of getting this one in don't look good. That's probably a good thing, because Craig Wilson is again not in the starting lineup (against Eric Milton!) and Jim Tracy decided that Jose Hernandez playing shortstop and batting second was just what the doctor ordered for an 0-4 team. So what I'm saying is that if this one gets rained out, you readers will be saved from several profanity laced rants from me at some point tonight, because seriously, people who know nothing about baseball know well enough that Jack Wilson doesn't need a night off 5 days into the season, especially if Jose Hernandez is your next best option (and not Freddy Sanchez??? Seriously, whatever Tracy's on, I want some). Of course we'll get some BS excuse like "His quad hurt" or something like that, but I don't believe it. At least he thought enough to start McLouth over Duffy, which is nice.
